Question - Question - what will be the authenticity and genuinity of the product, , what will be the shipping, refund, and exchange policy of the product?

Answer - See, first of all, I want to assure you that whatever product you purchase from us… we are always bound for the authenticity and genuineness of that product! We keep the interest of our customers first, so you can trust us for the product's authenticity and genuineness, I assure you that you will not regret

Question - Some customers have questions that , what will be the guarantee of authenticity and genuineness, how to know whether that product is right or not?

Answer - See whatever product you purchase from us we will give you a laboratory certificate (that is ISO certified) it is the local lab in our area. If you want any particular laboratory certificate of your choice (which you trust) , then we can do certificate from there also, but its charges will be yours, (only when the result of our laboratory and the result of that laboratory will be same, if that result is different then you do not need to give a singel penny, we will bear all the charges) you can also Certified our product at any other laboratory( of your trust and choice) of your city, after reciving product… same condition apply as mentioned above… if results are different we ll refund your full money with laboratory charges if results are different (but that laboratory should be atlest ISO certified) See whatever product you purchase from us we will give you a laboratory certificate (that is ISO certified) it is the local lab in our area. Question - what is dispatch time and after giving money, whose responsibility will be till the time the goods reach us?

Answer - See whatever goods you will purchase from us, it will be dispatched from us in a gap of 2 days, all responsibility ll be ours.. until it reaches you, your money is safe i assure you for that… we have taiup with well known shipping company like DTDC, BLUEDART, FEDEX, DELIVERY & for international shipping we have FEDEX, DHL, UPI. Once your product is dispatched we ll send you tracking details through message & email. Apart from this, we give a facility to the customer, that after the customer gets the product, if he feels that the product that was shown is not the same or product looking different in photo and now it is looking different or by any reason now he dont want that product, then you can call us within 7 days after reciving product and send the product back! When we get that product, we will check if the product is not damage , once we are satisfied, your money will be transferred to your account after deducting the courier charge! So you can rest assured that your given money is safe 100 percent !

Question - Some customers have questions that when we will get the product…can we certified product in our city, in our laboratory, so is it possible? If results do not match what ll be procedure?

Answer - See, I want to assure you for one thing…. that you can check the goods taken from us anywhere, in any laboratory, the result will be the same…. as our laboratory, if not then call us on our official phone numbers, share your report, be sure that your payment is 100% percent safe, See, you will never think that you have given us money, now your money is blocked, our relationship lasts even after your purchase! So you can contact us even after taking the product, we will always be at your service! See, we want to make a long-term relationship, our services will stay with you even after taking the product for you!

Question - Many customers also have questions that after taking the goods, what will be the policy of shipping, refund, and exchange of that goods?

Answer - See, I want to tell you, Rekha gems, gives only 7 days of refund and exchange once you recive goods , (you can call, message, WhatsApp, email us within 7 days) once those 7 days are completed or you have made any jewellery (ring or pendent etc) , then we won't take goods back at any cost .

Question - Some customers sometimes have questions that there are some vendors in the market who buy back goods 10 to 20 percent less, so what are your policy regarding buy back stone ?

Answer - See vendors wo buy back goods in 10 to 20% less, will not keep the product with them, they will sell it again , so now if you go to a vendor who buy back goods… What ll be the surety that he is giving you a fresh pes and not a used one…(so i think its cheating with costumer… Just for benifiting one costumer… Cheating other costumer trust, who trusted thousands of rupees. So that's why we do not buyback product once the ring is made and after the 7 days are over! This rule is unalterable and we do not compromise in this)
